Pickup at Barcelona Airport
How the pickup at Barcelona Airport is arranged is confirmed in the reply to your quote request.
Send the flight number and the scheduled landing time, and the terminal if you know it, so the quote matches your arrival.
For Sitges, Terminal 1 is the shorter start: the T1 estimate follows the C-31 and then the C-32, and the Terminal 2 figure on the board is a few minutes longer. Aena places both terminals in El Prat de Llobregat and links them with a free shuttle (Aena).

Down the Garraf coast
Sitges is the Garraf county town of 32,690 residents (Idescat, 2025) that takes up the coastal side of the Garraf massif, starting at Covafumada beach on the boundary with Castelldefels. Its old quarter sits on a rocky promontory crowned by the parish church of Sant Bartomeu i Santa Tecla, a view painters, poets and writers have depicted, and Santiago Rusiñol's former home, the Cau Ferrat, keeps his collections of decorative arts, painting and sculpture. The Gran Enciclopèdia Catalana credits that pairing of landscape with the culture Rusiñol and the Modernista movement brought for rooting tourism in a town that once lived from fishing and malvasia wine. It also hosts the Festival Internacional de Cinema de Catalunya and a Carnival that draws large crowds.
The airport is the nearer starting point: by road, Sitges is closer to the terminals than to Plaça de Catalunya. Heading west on the C-31 and then the C-32, the drive from Terminal 1 to the town center is 29 km, about 30 min by road without traffic, by OpenStreetMap's routing of September 30, 2026. The C-32's southern section, the Autopista de Pau Casals, is known informally as the Túnels del Garraf for its tunnels through the massif.

Drop-off in Sitges
Give the street address, or the hotel's name and its street, with your request; the quote is for that address. If you are staying in a house outside the town center, the full address decides the last part of the drive.
For a day out to Sitges from the city rather than an arrival, see the Barcelona to Sitges chauffeur day trip.

Back from Sitges to Barcelona Airport
There is no separate page for the drive back to the airport. Add the return to the same request, or ask for it on its own with your departure flight.

Questions about Barcelona Airport to Sitges transfers
How many minutes is Sitges from El Prat along the coast?
Along the C-31 and the C-32, the estimate from Terminal 1 to Sitges comes to about 29 km and about 30 min without traffic (estimate: OpenStreetMap road routing, no traffic, checked September 30, 2026). Terminal 1 is the shorter start here; Terminal 2 adds about 4 km. For comparison, the estimate from Plaça de Catalunya is 39 km, so the airport is the nearer start.
Does the route go through the Garraf tunnels?
The estimate follows the C-32, whose southern section, officially the Autopista de Pau Casals, is informally called the Túnels del Garraf after its tunnels through the Garraf massif (Wikipedia). The road on the day can differ with traffic and the address.
Our address is in Vilanova i la Geltrú. Can the transfer go there instead?
Yes. Ask for a quote from the airport with your Vilanova address; it is quoted the same way. Vilanova i la Geltrú, also in the Garraf county, has its own route page from the city: Barcelona to Vilanova i la Geltrú.
Our hotel is by the church on the seafront rocks. Is that the old town?
Yes. The Gran Enciclopèdia Catalana places Sitges' old quarter on a rocky promontory, where the church of Sant Bartomeu i Santa Tecla stands, a view painters, poets and writers have depicted. Send the hotel's name and street, and the quote is for a drop-off there.
