What the transfer covers
Sitges is a town in the Garraf county, squeezed between the Garraf Massif and the Mediterranean. Its tourism office lists 21 beaches, from urban family beaches in town to small coves inside the Parc del Garraf natural park, and the 17th-century church of Sant Bartomeu i Santa Tecla stands above the waterfront. The town is also known for the Cau Ferrat, the home and workshop of the painter Santiago Rusiñol, now a museum, and for its yearly festival of fantasy and horror cinema and its carnival. A transfer takes you there for a stay, an event or a few days by the sea.
This is the shortest of the coast routes south of Barcelona. The estimate leaves the city on the C-31 and continues on the C-32, officially the Autopista de Pau Casals, known informally as the Garraf tunnels after the tunnels it cuts through the massif. It comes to 39 km, about 40 min by road without traffic, so the drive can fit between a morning checkout in Barcelona and lunch in Sitges.
Start of the journey
Pickup in Barcelona
We collect you from the address you send in Barcelona: a hotel, a holiday flat, a home or an office. For a pickup at the end of a cruise or a train journey, see the cruise port transfer or the Sants station transfer.
Arriving by air instead? The Barcelona Airport to Sitges transfer starts at the terminal, and the airport is even closer to Sitges than the city centre is.

End of the journey
Arrival in Sitges
Drop-off is the address in Sitges that you put in the request: a hotel near one of the town beaches, an apartment in the old town or a house further out. Give the street and number, especially for addresses outside the town centre.
Going further along the coast? Vilanova i la Geltrú, the next town in the Garraf, has its own page, and the Costa Daurada begins beyond it.

Why book a private chauffeur

Bags off the train
Sitges is close, yet getting suitcases to a station and onto a train is still a chore. A private transfer runs from your address in Barcelona to the address in Sitges, with your luggage in the car.
Festival and carnival evenings
Coming for a screening or a carnival night? Put the time you need to be in Sitges, and any late return to Barcelona, in your request.
The right end of town
Some addresses are in the old town and some well outside it. Send the full address and the drive is planned to that door.
Return from Sitges to Barcelona
There is no separate page for the Sitges to Barcelona transfer. Ask for the return in the same request, with its date and time, and we quote both directions.

Questions about the Barcelona to Sitges transfer
Does the drive to Sitges go through the Garraf tunnels, and how long is it?
It does. After the C-31 the estimate takes the C-32, officially the Autopista de Pau Casals and informally the Garraf tunnels, after its tunnels through the Garraf Massif (Wikipedia)). From Plaça de Catalunya to Sitges that is about 39 km and about 40 min by road (estimate: OpenStreetMap road routing, no traffic, checked September 30, 2026), not counting traffic leaving the city or in the center of Sitges.
I only want a day in Sitges. Is this the right page?
This page covers a one-way drive to an address in Sitges. For a day out with your own chauffeur and the drive back to Barcelona, see the Sitges day trip. The Roman Tarragona and Mediterranean Sitges private tour combines both towns in one day.
How many beaches does Sitges have?
The tourism office lists 21, from family beaches in town to small coves inside the Parc del Garraf natural park (Sitges Anytime). For a stay near one of the coves, give the full address of your lodging, since the drop-off follows it.
Are there events in Sitges to plan the transfer around?
Two well-known ones: the Sitges Film Festival, a yearly festival of fantasy and horror films, and the town's carnival (Wikipedia). Check their dates for your year, and if your stay falls on one of them, say so in your request.
