Barcelona-El Prat has two terminals, T1 and T2, and Aena runs a free shuttle bus between them day and night, every day. Aena gives about 10 minutes by shuttle from T1 to T2 B and T2 C, and about 14 minutes from T2 back to T1 (Aena). From El Prat to the beaches of Salou
Salou's tourism office counts 25 beaches and coves along the town's shore. The urban ones, Llevant, Ponent and Capellans, add up to 2.5 km of fine sand: Llevant is the largest natural beach, backed by the Jaume I promenade, and Ponent runs for 1,115 m beside Passeig Miramar. Out on the Cap Salou headland the shore breaks into coves such as Cala Font, which the tourism office rates among the best snorkeling spots on the Costa Daurada.
From the airport, the routed line skips the city entirely. It leaves Terminal 1 on the C-31, joins the C-32 where that motorway starts beside the airport, follows the AP-7 down the coast and turns onto the C-31B for the final kilometers. The estimate from T1 is 96 km, which takes about 1 h 10 min of driving on clear roads, a shorter trip than from central Barcelona. Land in the morning and you can be on the sand by lunchtime, or land late and go straight to your room.
Drop-off in Salou
