What the transfer covers
La Massana is the parish in Andorra's northwest, and its main town, at about 1,240 m, is where the valley roads divide. Pal Arinsal sends drivers from Andorra la Vella up the CG-3 to La Massana and then onto the CG-4 for Pal or Arinsal, while the CG-3 itself carries on north to Ordino. The town has its own way onto the snow as well: Visit Andorra notes a cable car in the center of La Massana that takes skiers to the foot of the slopes of the Pal sector. In summer the tourism board puts mountain biking in the Bike Park and hiking first, and the parish's Comapedrosa nature park protects 15.42 km² of mountain.
