No other municipality in the Baix Llobregat covers as much ground as Begues: Idescat measures 50.44 square kilometers, shared by 7,545 residents in 2025. Below ground, the Can Sadurní cave has been dug for more than four decades and holds remains from about 11,000 years ago up to the nineteenth century.

Can Sadurní cave
