Parties that land together
A group arrival is a counting exercise before it is a drive. How many adults and children are on the plane, how many suitcases will come off the belt, and is anyone bringing skis, golf clubs, a bicycle or a stroller? Is the whole party going to one hotel, or to several addresses across the city? Those answers decide what the transfer needs, so they belong in the request, well before anyone boards.
Flights into Barcelona use two passenger terminals, T1 and T2. T2 is itself made up of three buildings, lettered A to C, and Aena's free shuttle calls at T1 and at the B and C buildings. A party booked on several flights can land in different buildings, so list each flight number with its terminal and the guests traveling on it. If the group wants to gather in one terminal before leaving, say which one.

Questions about a group transfer from the airport
Our group lands on different flights. What do we send?
Every flight: its number, its terminal and the guests on board. Aena's free shuttle connects T1 with T2, so say whether the party will gather at one terminal or needs collecting at each, and the quote follows that plan.
How is the number of vehicles worked out?
From the head count and the luggage in your request: adults, children, suitcases, hand luggage and anything bulky, such as skis or golf clubs. The reply proposes the vehicles for that group, together with the price.
Can the group be dropped at more than one address?
Yes. List each address and the guests going there, in the order you prefer. If most of the party stays at one hotel, say so, because that keeps the plan simple.
How far is the cruise port from the airport?
From Terminal 1 to the Adossat cruise terminals, OpenStreetMap routing gives 20 km, about 25 min by road without traffic. Add the ship's name and its terminal to the request so the group is taken to the right building.
How do we ask for a group quote?
Use WhatsApp or the quote form, which has fields for the flight number, passengers, suitcases and hand luggage. Add the other flights and the destination, and a quote for the whole group comes back to you.
