MWC Barcelona and its venue
MWC Barcelona is the GSMA's connectivity congress, and the organizer gives its venue as Fira Gran Via, the L'Hospitalet de Llobregat exhibition grounds at number 64 of Avinguda Joan Carles I. For MWC26 the GSMA reports more than 105,000 attendees and more than 2,900 exhibitors, sponsors and partners, from 207 countries and territories. Partner programs run alongside the main show. 4YFN, the startup event held with Mobile World Capital, has its own entrance at the venue's North Access on Carrer del Foc, and Talent Arena, Mobile World Capital Barcelona's event for digital talent, held its first edition at Fira's Montjuïc grounds during the congress.
Arriving by road takes some planning. The GSMA's transportation page names Carrer Salvador Espriu, near the MWC Entrance on the south side, as the place where private cars and buses set down and collect passengers, and it warns that works on the city's transport network bring delays, detours and congestion. A private driver covers the journeys around the sessions: the airport run with luggage, client meetings in town, a reception at night, a hop to Montjuïc and back.

Getting to Mobile World Congress Barcelona
Aena lists two terminals at Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat, T1 and T2; give yours with the flight number. No route page measures the airport to Fira Gran Via yet, so no road estimate is shown for it.
The GSMA recommends public transport during the congress because of road works and congestion. If you travel by car, send the time you need to be at the entrance rather than a pickup time, and the pickup is planned back from it.

I have a 4YFN pass. Is that at the same venue?
Yes. The GSMA gives 4YFN's entrance as Fira Gran Via North Access, on Carrer del Foc. Put that entrance in the request so the drop-off is planned for the north side.
Can one booking cover the whole congress week?
Yes. List the days, the hotel address and the times you need to arrive and leave, plus any meetings or dinners in between, and the week is quoted together. A chauffeur by the hour suits days with no fixed plan.
Can a driver take me from Fira Gran Via to Talent Arena at Montjuïc?
Yes. Give both venues and the times you need to be at each. The two Fira grounds are about 2.5 km apart in a straight line; the drive depends on the route and on congress traffic, so leave room in your schedule.
