Company travel in Barcelona

Corporate Chauffeur Service in Barcelona

Ground transport that a company books for its people: colleagues landing on different flights, a delegation at a congress, visits between offices, or a team dinner and an off-site day. One coordinator sends the plan, and it is quoted on request.

Who it is for

Journeys a company books for its people

Corporate travel is arranged by the company, not by the person in the back seat. An office manager, an assistant or a travel coordinator sends the plan, and the journeys cover whoever the company is moving that week: staff arriving for a project, a sales team flying in from several countries, board members staying at one hotel, or a whole department leaving town for a day.

Much of that travel ends at a meeting venue. Fira de Barcelona took over the running of the CCIB, at Plaça de Willy Brandt, in November 2021; its two buildings, the Convention Centre and the Forum building with the Auditori Forum, host more than 100 events a year, and Fira's own grounds at Gran Via and Montjuïc add trade fairs and congresses. For planners, the Barcelona Convention Bureau, a division of Turisme de Barcelona, gives free and impartial advice on organizing a congress, convention or incentive trip in the city, transport among the topics. At the airport, Aena counts three quarters of the 2025 passengers on international flights; when colleagues come from several countries, each flight goes in the plan.

Put every traveler, flight and address in one request, and the reply is a quote for the whole plan.

    A delegation at a congress

Staff attending a fair or congress at Fira Gran Via, Montjuïc or the CCIB, with the runs to and from the hotel planned for every day of the event.

    Between offices and sites

Colleagues moved from the Barcelona office to a client, a plant or a second office outside the city, and back the same day.

  • Staff dinners and off-site days

The whole team to a dinner, a celebration or a day away from the office, with the return trip in the same booking. Larger parties are covered on group transportation.

Common company journeys

Route pages with a road estimate without traffic. Airport routes are measured from Terminal 1, city routes from Plaça de Catalunya.

Journey times are road estimates: OpenStreetMap road routing (OSRM), no traffic, checked September 30, 2026. Traffic and the exact addresses change the real time. Route data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL), routed with OSRM.

Questions about corporate travel

Can one person book journeys for a whole team?

Yes. The coordinator sends one request with each traveler's name, flight or train, pickup address and contact number for the day. The quote covers the whole plan, and nobody on the list has to book anything themselves.

Our people arrive on different flights. Can each be collected separately?

Yes. List every flight with its arrival time and terminal. Aena lists two terminals at Barcelona Airport, T1 and T2, so give the right one for each traveler.

Do you offer company accounts or monthly invoicing?

This site does not publish account or invoicing terms yet. Ask about them in your first request, with the company name and roughly how often you expect to book.

Can you take our delegation to a congress at the CCIB or Fira?

Yes. Name the venue, the event days and the times your people need to be there, and the daily runs are quoted together. Fira Gran Via, Fira Montjuïc and the CCIB are all run by Fira de Barcelona.

What is the difference between the corporate, business and executive pages?

This page is for travel a company arranges for several people. Business Chauffeur Barcelona covers a working day with several stops, and Executive Chauffeur Barcelona is built around one traveler's schedule. All three are quoted the same way.
