One traveler, one schedule

Executive Chauffeur Service in Barcelona

A chauffeur booked around a single traveler's day in Barcelona: the flight or train in, meetings at addresses across the city, a dinner, and the hotel or the trip home at the end. The day is quoted on request.

Who it is for

A day planned around one person

An executive chauffeur booking follows one person through one day. The plan is that traveler's own: an early landing, a breakfast meeting, two offices at opposite ends of the city with calls in between, a client dinner, and the hotel late at night or a train out the next morning. Often an assistant sends it; the booking is still shaped around one schedule.

Avinguda Diagonal gives a sense of the ground such a day covers. It runs for about 11 km at a width of 50 meters, from the Les Corts district in the west to Sant Martí in the east, past Plaça de Francesc Macià, the Zona Universitària and Jean Nouvel's tower near Plaça de les Glòries Catalanes, and Wikipedia describes it as a corridor of company headquarters, hotels and university buildings. The ends of the day are close by road: OpenStreetMap routing estimates 17 km, about 20 min without traffic, from airport Terminal 1 to Plaça de Catalunya, and the same from Barcelona Sants to Terminal 1. Aena lists two terminals, T1 and T2, linked by free transport, so name the terminal of each flight.

Write the day out as you expect it to run: the arrival, each address with its time, and where it finishes. The quote is for that schedule.

Questions about an executive chauffeur

How is this different from a business chauffeur?

Business Chauffeur Barcelona covers working days in general, including clients and visiting teams. This page is for one traveler's own schedule, from the first pickup to the last drop. Travel a company arranges for several staff is on Corporate Chauffeur Barcelona.

Can one booking cover my whole day?

Yes. List every address with the time you need to be there, from the first pickup to where the day ends, and the quote covers that schedule. If the afternoon is still open, book the remaining time by the hour.

Can my assistant book for me?

Yes. The request can come from anyone. Include your name, a mobile number for the day, the flight or train, and the schedule.

I land at T2 and my first meeting is on the Diagonal. What should I send?

The flight number, the arrival time, the terminal (T2) and the exact address and time of the meeting. Say whether the bags go to the hotel first or stay with you until later.

Can I go from my last meeting to a train at Sants?

Yes. Give the meeting address, the time it ends and the train's departure time. For a flight instead, OpenStreetMap routing estimates 17 km, about 20 minutes without traffic, from Barcelona Sants to Terminal 1.
