Business Transfer from Barcelona Airport

A private transfer from Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat to the address where your working day begins (an office, a trade fair hall or the hotel) and back to the terminal for the flight home. Each transfer is quoted on request.

Who it is for

Where the flight leads

The flight is the fixed point of a business trip, and everything after it runs to a timetable: a meeting at eleven, a stand to check before the fair opens, a client lunch. This transfer covers the first leg of that timetable, from the terminal to the address where the working day starts, and the last one, from the final meeting back to the airport.

Aena places both passenger terminals of Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat, T1 and T2, in El Prat de Llobregat. Some business addresses are on the way into the city. Fira de Barcelona's Gran Via venue stands in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, between the terminals and Plaça de Catalunya, so a trade fair day can begin without crossing Barcelona. Others take the whole drive and more: the CCIB conference center at Plaça de Willy Brandt, or an office in Sant Cugat del Vallès, a city on the other side of the Collserola forest.

For the quote, send the flight number and terminal, the address of the first appointment and the time you are expected there. If the hotel comes after the meeting, add it as a second stop. For a whole working day with one driver, see Business Chauffeur Barcelona.

    Straight to the meeting

When there is no time for the hotel first, the transfer ends at the office where you are expected, and the hotel can follow as a second stop.

    Trade fair arrivals

From the terminal to Fira Barcelona Gran Via on the opening morning, or to your hotel the night before the fair opens.

    Visitors your company hosts

A colleague or an assistant can book the transfer for a guest, with the guest's flight and a contact number for the day. Regular company travel is on Corporate Chauffeur Barcelona.

Questions about a business transfer from the airport

Can the transfer take me straight to a meeting?

Yes. Put the meeting address and the time you are expected in the request, with your flight number and terminal, and the quote is for that drive. If you need the hotel afterwards, add it as a second stop in the same request.

Does it matter which terminal I land at?

Yes. T1 and T2 are separate terminals, both in El Prat de Llobregat, with a free shuttle between them run by Aena. Your airline's booking names the terminal; put it in the request with the flight number.

Can a colleague book the transfer for a visitor?

Yes. The person who books does not need to be on the flight. Send the visitor's name, flight number and terminal, the destination address and a phone number the driver can use on the day.

How far is Sant Cugat del Vallès from the airport?

From Terminal 1, OpenStreetMap road routing gives 30 km, about 30 min by road without traffic, to Sant Cugat del Vallès. The city lies on the other side of the Collserola forest from Barcelona. Give the time you need to arrive, since traffic on the day can add to the estimate.

Can the return to the airport be booked at the same time?

Yes. The quote form has an option to add a return journey: give the pickup address, the date and your departure flight, and both transfers are quoted together.

How is a business transfer priced?

Each transfer is priced on its own details: the terminal, the destination, the date and time, and the number of passengers and bags. Prices are not published on this site, and you see the quote before anything is booked.
